Seems abit of a confusing website to start with, especially when we live in an age where everyting is so easy and we are getting rather lazy due to it. This was rapidly solved by the very kind, helpful, understanding and resourceful Shannia on the live chat which explained everything so well and even offered to send over screenshots on email to help with the next steps
