Jamie is really lovely and so helpful. He managed to book me in pretty quickly and carried out the survey, then I received a call to go through the findings. I received my write up in less than a week and all was clear and concise. He even reassured some queries I have as I am a first time buyer. From the moment I submitted a quotation enquiry to the numerous questions following receipt of the report, Jamie was patient, efficient and very informative. On the day in which the survey was carried out, I received a phone call to outline the main concerns found at the property. The report was emailed through to me in a timely manner. I knew after obtaining 3 building survey quotes that Jamie would have the personal touch and would be there for support when needing technical questions answers and to advise best practices moving forward in regards to property improvements, all of which were after the report had been carried out.
